ABSTRACT
Roald A.Khartanovich is Reader at the Department of Reinforced Concrete and Stone Structures, Polytechnical Institute, Novopolotsk, BSSR, USSR. He is actively engaged in inspecting structures and buildings and working out recommendations on increasing durability of the structures by means of improving material structure by -adding some additives into concrete. Dmitry N Lazovsky is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Reinforced Concrete and Stone Structures, Polytechnical Institute, Novopolotsk, BSSR, USSR. He is engaged in inspecting structures and buildings and has undertaken studies into research into detachable reinforced concrete structures and their improvement.
