ABSTRACT
Dr Harald Justnes is a Research Engineer at the Cement and Concrete Research Institute at the Foundation for Scientific and Industrial Research (SINTEF) in Trondheim, Norway. Although educated at the Department of Inorganic Chemistry at the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH), his main field is Concrete Polymer Composites. He is an active member in both RILEM TC 105-CPC and 113-CPT. He also has a general interest in the micro (and nano) structure of concrete. Dr Bjarte A Øye is a Research Engineer at the Cement and Concrete Research Institute at SINTEF in Trondheim, Norway, where he recently completed his PhD study with the thesis: “Repair Systems for Concrete - Polymer Cement Mortars. An Evaluation of Some Polymer Systems”.
