ABSTRACT
Dr A T Semagin is a Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Assistant Professor, A Candidate of Sciences at Marijski Polytechnical Institute, Yoshkar-Ola, USSR. He is active in the field of quality control in production of reinforced concrete constructions and he is engaged in inspection and estimation of stress-strain state of buildings.
