ABSTRACT
Dr Maurice Levitt is an Associate in the Laing Technology Group and has specialised in concrete and cast stone, especially durability properties. He has written many papers on the subject and is the sole author of the book ‘Precast Concrete’. His current work includes construction development projects, litigation, QA and CEN-associated activities. He serves on several BS Committees and is a member of the Concrete Society’s Materials Group and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Quality Assurance.
