Mr P A M Basheer is a postgraduate student at the Department of Civil Engineering, The Queen’s University of Belfast, UK. He is on leave of absence from the Regional Engineering College, Kerala, South India, where he is a lecturer in civil engineering. Dr F R Montgomery is a lecturer at the Department of Civil Engineering, The Queen’s University of Belfast, UK. Prof A E Long is Director of the School of the Built Environment and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at The Queen’s University of Belfast, UK. Mr Malek Batayneh is a Research Assistant at Oxford Polytechnic, UK. Until recently he was a postgraduate student at the Department of Civil Engineering, The Queen’s University of Belfast, UK.
