ABSTRACT
A tentative guideline of countermeasure of road bridges in sea side area to prevent corrosion was published from the Japanese Road Association. The brief contents of the guidelines are shown as follows;
Japan is divided into three areas according to the severity of the environment and classification of countermeasure is ruled which three countermeasure classifications are set to the area and the distance from the coast.
