ABSTRACT
Mr Geoffrey J Osborne is a Principal Scientific Officer and Head of Concrete Durability Section in the Inorganic Materials Division at the Building Research Establishment, Garston, England. His main research interests include, properties of blastfurnace and gasifier slags, their use as cement replacement materials, and the long term durability of concretes.
