ABSTRACT
The paper d e a l s w i t h the use of h i g h - s t r e n g t h s t e e l s i n e n g i n e e r i n g s t r u c t u r e s from t h e p r o b a b i l i s t i c p o i n t of view, and shows a model how to s o l v e t h i s t a s k and b r i n g h i g h - s t r e n g t h s t e e l s ( f y > 450 N/mm^) i n s t a n - dard u s e .
