ABSTRACT
It was clearly defined in the CESMM 2 when formwork should be measured (Measurement Rule M2). It was previously stated that formwork was not to be measured for blinding concrete (Note G2 of the CESMM 1) but this was deleted and it was necessary to state when formwork was required to blinding concrete (Additional Description Rule A3).
