ABSTRACT
Extra-urban road avings are subjected t o frequent and remarkable s t r e s s e s , mainly caused by the t r a f f i c of heavy v e h i c l e s . Therefore the wearing course needs t o have p a r t i c u l a r t e c h n o l o g i c a l r e q u i s i t e s and strength p r o p e r t i e s .
