ABSTRACT
The number of instances in which malignant disease of the breast and uterus follows immediately antecedent emotion of a depressing character is too large to be set down to chance, or to the general liability to the buffets of ill-fortune which the cancer patients, in the passage through life, share with most other people not so afflicted.
