ABSTRACT

Photogeneration mechanism study showed that the photocarriers are generated at the CGMICTM interface resulted from the CTM penetration into the CGL'']. The larger the surface area of the CGMICTM interface, the more the photocarriers generation sites, and consequently the higher the photosensitivity. There is no doubt that the surface area of the CGMICTM interface increases with decreasing the size of TiOPc particles whether the P/R is single-layered or doublelayered. So it is easy to understand that the photosensitivity is enhanced with decreasing the size of TiOPc particles to both single-layer P/R and double-layer PIR.
