ABSTRACT
The QDs morphology was imaged by atomic force microscopy (AFM), as shown in Fig. 1(b). on an uncapped QDs sample fabricated under nominally the same condition as that of the photocurrent sample. It indicates that the sample has uniform QDs sizes around 25 nm, a close-packed and highly-ordered QDs array, and a QDs density of 1.4 X 1011 cm"2.
