ABSTRACT
One hour slurry erosion tests in I 0% slurry were carried out on WC-Cr-Ni and WC/CrC coatings both in 3.5% NaCI and tap water. It seems that salinity did not affect the material loss rates (Fig. 2a). The weight losses on WC/CrC coating were significantly less than on WC-Cr-Ni coating both in tap water and 3.5% NaCI.
