The uniform line-focus system used for special laser beam intensity distribution of SG-II laser facility

Abstract. A satisfying line-focus was not obtained with the classical CLA system under some special laser conditions, such as SG-II laser system. So, a novel unequal-width-element cylindrical lens array (UCLA) line-focus system was designed and manufactured. The experiments of x-ray laser had shown the obvious improvement of uniform characteristics of the line-focus.
