ABSTRACT
Reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the crystal structure of the grown InN layers. XRD was also used to investigate the inclusion of p-InN into a-InN. Surface morphology of the InN layers was observed by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
