ABSTRACT
Globalization, through technology, blurs all geographic, ideological, cultural, and societal boundaries. Television, copper wire, fiber optics, satellite and cellular telecommunications, and the Internet allow access to anyone, anytime, anywhere. Our world is shrinking. It is interesting to follow the progression in thinking of our world: the world is flat, the world is round, the world is global.
