ABSTRACT
For years there has been an ongoing debate between two zealously devoted groups of computer users: Macintosh devotees and Windows/PC fans. By the late 1990s the din of conflict subsided as Microsoft Windows became almost ubiquitous, claiming more than 90 percent of computer users. Mac aficionados, however, are extremely loyal, and the dispute between faithful users on both sides never completely dies.
