ABSTRACT
Interaction design implies communication design; not only because com munication is a form of interaction, but because interaction is frequently based on communication. However, while speaking of communication, we immediately have in mind linguistic exchange (in particular, conversation) or other forms of explicit and conventional signs and messages.
