ABSTRACT

The previous chapter discussed the issues underlying the involvement of users in the design process. In this chapter, we will examine the practical implications of con­ ducting user trials with users with a range of capabilities and impairments. For our purposes here, we will assume that the company, research or design team wishing to perform the user trial sessions already has a framework in place for finding and recruiting users.
