ABSTRACT
Problem solving is a fundamental process that remains the same regardless of the problem; however, the complexity of the process changes with the nature of the problem. Problem solving is basically the scientific approach simplified so that it can be applied to any problem; everyone can and should use it to resolve problems and/or discover opportunities.
