ABSTRACT
In comparison to Tables 1 and 2, one can see that the coefficients (q) of I -V nonlinearity change little if the PMMA in the mixed films is in excess of one doped quantity, indicating that the values of q are mainly determined not by the roughness of the film but by the optically and electrically inert characteristics for the PMMA in this case. On the other hand, the values of q depend on both the optical and electrical characteristics for the PMMA and the roughness of the mixed films if there are fewer doping quantities of PMMA in the mixed film because the unifor mity of the organic thin film has strong influence on I -V characteristics [79].
