ABSTRACT
Roughly speaking, the main result of the previous three chapters is that, for an arbitrary approximation sequence (An), the basic problems mentioned in the introduction are equivalent to certain problems for the coset (An)+Q of the sequence (An) in the algebra :F of all bounded sequences factored by the ideal g of the zero sequences.
