ABSTRACT
This chapter also hints at some of the fundamental characterization the orems of such nets in terms of Foulser covers, obtained in recent years by F. De Clerk, J.A. Thas and N.L. Johnson, based on the ground-breaking work on derivable affine planes due to J. Cofman.
