ABSTRACT
In the last few years, enantioselective high throughput screening analysis became increasingly important, especially for the pharmaceutical industry [1]. It was found that only one of the enantiomers has the pharmacological, pharmaco dynamics, and pharmacokinetics requested. The other enantiomer can be toxic for the body or it can inhibit or considerably reduce the activity of the requested enan tiomer.
