ABSTRACT
Because PSL products have relatively low variability in strength (co.v. approximately 0.1 ) compared with machine stress rated lumber (co.v. approximately 0.2); it can be deduced that Product A had slightly inferior relative creep characteristics but about the same creep rupture behaviour as the sawn lumber.
