ABSTRACT
Use of recycled materials in the EC countries is primarily directed toward embankments and filling, as well as road works. They are specifically employed for bound or unbound base or sub base, and in certain countries with some restrictions for pavement surface lay (Germany, Denmark, United Kingdom, the Netherlands).
