4 Uniplanar numerical modelling the time of writing only uniplanar result

4.4 Uniplanar numerical modelling At the time of writing only one uniplanar result is available. This result is for the uniplanar version of specimen KK06. The ultimate load obtained in the uniplanar model was 738kN in comparison with 726kN obtained for the multiplanar model. It is difficult to draw significant conclusions from one result but the multiplanar effect does not appear to be significant for specimen KK06.
