ABSTRACT
A testing machine of sufficient capacity for the test and equipped with a means of providing the rate of loading as specified in the relevant test method and with a pacing device. The machine scale range shall be chosen so that the specimens can be expected to fracture in that part of the range which is certified to be accurate to ±2% of the indicated load.
