ABSTRACT
This recommendation specifies a method of determining the creep coefficients and the Young’s modulus of small wall, pier and other specimens containing a selection of units and joints representative of the structure being investigated. Guidance is given on the preparation of the specimens, the conditioning required before testing, the apparatus, the method of test, the method of calculation and the contents of the test report.
