ABSTRACT
This recommendation specifies a method of determining the compressive strength of walls and other masonry elements built on the same scale as those in buildings and containing a representative selection of units and joints. Guidance is given on the preparation of the specimens, the conditioning required before testing, the apparatus, the method of test, the method of calculation and the contents of the test report.
