MR16 Determination of planeness of rendered surfaces (based on SIS 8120 05)

For the purpose of this recommendation, the term planeness is defined as absence of waviness.

Generally one can speak of “shortwaviness” or “long-waviness”. Waviness is measured as the maximum deviation from a straight line over a distance of 250 mm for shortwaviness or 1000 mm for longwaviness.
