ABSTRACT
Destructive end tests are included for comparison purpose; these are carried out at the end of the test on cycled units and identical control units stored in water which have not been cycled. Dummy or control units should always be tested at the same
age as the cycled units as due to the ageing effect during the test, errors will arise if one compares final with initial observations.
