ABSTRACT
Procedure Total alkali content is determined by flame photometry or atomic absorption spectroscopy using the method described in EN 196, Part 21, Section 7 or 8. The fly ash is decomposed according to the method described in EN 196, Part 21, Section 7.5.2. 0.2 g (weighed to an accuracy of 0.1 mg) of the dried, fined fly ash is used for analysis.
