4.3 CONDITIONING OF THE SPECIMENS Prior to testing the specimens must be conditioned to a moisture content of between 15 and 25% by mass. To reach that moisture content, the specimens are dried at a temperature not exceeding 70°C, until the mass MT has been attained. The allowed tolerance in MT is ±4% if the density has been determined according to AAC 4.1; otherwise it is ±1%.
