ABSTRACT
The measurements are carried out at temperature of 20 ±2°C. The specimens should always be placed in the measuring frame in the same orientation. Rotate the specimen in the frame and observe the minimum reading. Then reverse the specimen end to end (180°) and measure in the same way. Record the average of the two readings.
