RC3 Tensile test on reinforcement bars after bending and straightening

The test piece is next subjected to the tensile test (Doc. 4/21). Only the tensile strength Rm need be determined; this latter must not be more than 5% lower than the value given by the reinforcement that has not been subjected to the bending and straightening operation.
