ABSTRACT
The standard moisture condition shall be saturated by soaking: immerse each dry specimen in water at room temperature for a minimum of 24 hrs. The water shall have free access to all surfaces. After being removed from the water they should be allowed to drain for about 15 minutes before actual testing.
