MR19 Characterization of the surface strength of renderings by the pendulum ball test

This RILEM recommendation specifies a method of determining the impact strength of a plane and smooth rendered surface.

For the purpose of this recommendation the surface strength is defined as the impact strength of a rendering as measured by the impression left by a pendulum ball.
