The testing machine should be able to apply and measure the loads with an accuracy of 1%.
The testing machine should be equipped with a loading device with two supporting rollers of 10 mm diameter, 100 mm apart, and a loading roller of 10 mm diameter equidistant between the supporting rollers (see Figs 2.5.1 and 2.5.2).
