ABSTRACT

This paper summarizes a minor investigation on the use of a specialized viscosimeter on high strength concretes. The test results are compared to results obtained for the traditional slump and flow table measures. The results indicate that the Bingham model is highly relevant for these concrete types. Still, there is a need for test methods to characterize other properties such as cohesion and stability.
