M e a n w h i l e , w a s t e p r o d u c t s h a v e b e c o m e m o r e d i f f i c u l t t o h a n d l e s i n c e t h e i n t r o d u c t i o n o f n e w c h e m i c a l m a t e r i a l s - i n c l u d i n g p l a s t i c s - t o t h e p r o d u c t / w a s t e s t r e a m .
