ABSTRACT
This Chapter contains a summary of presentations and discussions of the thirteen sessions and one key-note lecture held during the HPFRCC workshop at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, June 11-13, 1995. The leading presentation of each chapter was essentially carried out by the first author (or topical group leader) of that chapter. Highlights of the main points made by the topical group leaders during their presentation, and the most important part of the discussions which followed each presentation are described. In some instances, important conclusions are pointed out. It should be noted that this Chapter does not provide a complete record of the whole discussion, and may to a certain extent, reflect the authors personal understanding or opinion of the subject.
