ABSTRACT
Feeders and flow-promoting devices influence the flow of bulk solids inside silos. Along with the silo geometry they are responsible for satisfactory or unsatisfactory silo operation. Hence, feeders and flow-promoting devices have to be chosen and designed for the specific bulk solid under consideration.
