ABSTRACT
On the basis of construction and traffic data, visual condition surveys and falling weight deflection measurements the structural condition of the pavement was assessed. A number of options were considered and for various design criteria the life time cycle was evaluated, [n this evaluation costs and the practicability of the measure were taken into consideration. The project was executed under a pre-established quality assurance plan.
