ABSTRACT
This symbolic tower is 138 m tall and consists of two different height hyperbolic arches with a circular public viewing gallery at 100 m on the ground and elevator shaft frame at the center. During design, wind tunnel model tests were carried to make sure of safety under wind loading. Construction by a step-by-step push up method was tried, perhaps for the first time in the world.
