ABSTRACT
A new ultra-high-strength cementitious material has been developped by Bouygues R&D department to possess unique characteristics, including high ductility. The name "RFC" (Reactive Powder Concrete) reflects the small size of the granular particles utilized and the high percentage of hydraulically active components. RPC's compressive strengths range from 200 MPa to 800 MPa [1-2].
