There was a detailed description in the proceedings of 10"1 ICCC. There is a plastic bag or condom inside the tube, so it is actually contained in a plastic tube which is rotating. So there is no impact on the soft structure of the paste itself. It is a special technique. It is described in the text or I can send you a copy.
