ABSTRACT
RTI involves control and information systems. The possible success of these systems lies in the importance of having a realistic view of drivers’ information requirements. This is of value both for manufacturers and future users of the technology. An analysis of information requirements based on hypotheses about future technology, however, is difficult to make. For instance, one problem is to distinguish between needs, future demand, wishes and desires.
