ABSTRACT
Similar to our conclusion about the meaning of the relativity of spatial measures, a correction factor that occurs in the comparisons of time measures in relatively moving frames of reference must also be interpreted, within the theory of relativity, as not more than a language translation-a change of scales in order to maintain the forms of the laws of nature in the relatively moving frames of reference, from any observer’s view.
